3. Bookings & Reservations

A reservation is not considered confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received.

4. Payments

6. Delivery, Setup & Access
The client is responsible for ensuring proper site access for delivery and pickup.
The setup location must be level, safe, and accessible for trailer placement.
Any delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.
7. Utilities & Requirements
Our luxury restroom trailers require a standard power source for lighting, air conditioning, and water systems.
Water access may be required depending on the setup.
If power is unavailable, generator rental options may be offered upon request.
The client is responsible for providing necessary utility access unless otherwise agreed.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate event details
Ensure safe and legal placement of the unit
Prevent misuse, vandalism, or damage
Comply with all usage instructions provided by our team
Any damage caused by misuse may result in additional charges.
9. Use of Facilities
Our restroom trailers are intended for normal event use only.
We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning, misuse, or damage beyond standard event conditions.
10. Liability
Premier Potty HTX is not liable for:
Injuries resulting from improper use of facilities
Event delays caused by weather, traffic, or force majeure
Damage caused by third parties or client negligence
Issues outside our reasonable control
11. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or upgrade equipment if necessary to ensure service continuity and quality.
